Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Pan-India operations, ensuring smooth execution of all service and installation projects.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage service and installation vendors across India.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring long-term collaboration and reliability.
  • Handle rate negotiations, finalize commercials, and control operational costs.
  • Assess project requirements and suggest skilled installation vendors suitable for specific jobs.
  • Ensure timely execution of work with quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Projects, Procurement, Finance, HR) for planning and execution.
  • Monitor vendor performance, productivity, and site progress; take corrective actions when required.
  • Develop and maintain vendor rate cards, contracts, and SLAs.
  • Resolve operational challenges, site issues, and escalations effectively.
  • Prepare and share operational reports with management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in operations and vendor management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to evaluate technical and installation capabilities of service vendors.
  • Proven experience handling Pan-India operations.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience & Qualification:

  • 5–7 years of experience in operations or service delivery roles.
  • Hands-on experience with service/installation vendors is mandatory.
  • Graduate / Diploma / Engineering in Electrical background preferred.
