Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Pan-India operations, ensuring smooth execution of all service and installation projects.
- Identify, onboard, and manage service and installation vendors across India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring long-term collaboration and reliability.
- Handle rate negotiations, finalize commercials, and control operational costs.
- Assess project requirements and suggest skilled installation vendors suitable for specific jobs.
- Ensure timely execution of work with quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Projects, Procurement, Finance, HR) for planning and execution.
- Monitor vendor performance, productivity, and site progress; take corrective actions when required.
- Develop and maintain vendor rate cards, contracts, and SLAs.
- Resolve operational challenges, site issues, and escalations effectively.
- Prepare and share operational reports with management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in operations and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to evaluate technical and installation capabilities of service vendors.
- Proven experience handling Pan-India operations.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience & Qualification:
- 5–7 years of experience in operations or service delivery roles.
- Hands-on experience with service/installation vendors is mandatory.
- Graduate / Diploma / Engineering in Electrical background preferred.
