About the Role

The Executive – Backend Operations will play a crucial role in managing logistics and IoT backend operations, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and effective stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with Software & Hardware teams.
• Manage logistics and IoT backend operations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Analyze operational data and provide insights.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2–3 years of experience (Sr. Executive level).

Required Skills

• Experience in Logistics / IoT backend operations preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel & PC operations.
• Flexible for 24×7 rotational shifts (7:00 AM – 9:00 PM), including weekends/holidays.
• Candidate must reside within 20 km of HO/CO.

Preferred Skills

• Analytical skills.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary will be between 25-30k /month.
