Responsibilities
- Execute operational risk assessments adhering to the planned approach while delivering quality work in line with WNS Group standards.
- Prepare risk registers basis the risk assessment including the recommended controls to mitigate the identified risks.
- Ensure closure of open risks through implementation of mitigating controls & manage escalations, if required.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Independent, analytical and positive mind.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to deal with people at different levels.
- Conversant with Risk based audit approach / risk assessments.
- Good presentation and report writing skills.
- Command over MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
