We're Hiring – Operations Executive / Operations Manager at SUBO

SUBO is a growing women's fashion brand focused on modern elevated westernwear. We are looking for someone highly organized and execution-focused to manage backend operations across production, inventory, dispatch, logistics, and launch coordination.

Role Includes:

• Production follow-ups

• Inventory management

• Shopify order handling

• Dispatch & logistics coordination

• Returns & exchange management

• Vendor coordination

• Operational reporting

Preferred:

• Fashion / E-commerce experience

• Shopify + Excel knowledge

• Strong coordination & execution skills

• Surat On-Site

• Starts with 1-month contract/trial basis with possibility of converting into a full-time role based on performance.
