Job Description

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency within the manufacturing unit.
Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute process optimization projects effectively.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements across operations.
Coordinate with the engineering team to enhance equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Lead initiatives to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

A B.tech or Bsc in Chemical or any other discipline
Proven experience of min 8 years in operational excellence
