Budget: Up to ₹40 LPA

Experience: 8–12 Years

We are looking for a Lead – Operational Excellence for a high-growth, technology-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational excellence, process transformation & continuous improvement
• Design and optimize scalable end-to-end processes
• Build SOPs, governance frameworks, KPIs & performance dashboards
• Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Drive cost optimization, productivity, TAT and customer experience improvements
• Manage cross-functional transformation projects and stakeholder alignment

Ideal Candidate:

• 8–12 years in Operational Excellence / Process Excellence / Business Transformation / Consulting
• Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or BPM
• Experience in process mapping, governance and KPI management
• Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to technology-enabled operations, startups, marketplaces or customer/workforce operations preferred
