Role - Executive/ Sr. Executive (Operation Excellence)

Qualification - BTech/ BE - Chemical

Job Location - Chandigarh Region

Offer Range - Upto 10 LPA (Hike on Current Package)

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to plant in regular operations and trouble shooting

2. Identify areas of improvement in plant for productivity improvement, yield improvement

3. Energy conservations

4. Evaluation of new technology for induction in plant

5. Enhance Manpower productivity by implementing cost effective manning model

6. Plant debottlenecking and idea generation for next phase of improvement – Project proposal preparation for management approval

7. Plant performance monitoring and highlight deviation to the operations team and management

8. Control norms and target for various consumption

9. Continuous improvement of recoveries, losses and safety

10. Take active part in automation in various stages of plant

Technical Skills
