Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operation Theatre Assistant or Technician at our Ranchi location. Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining the operation theatre and its equipment, assisting medical professionals during procedures, ensuring sterile conditions, and managing documentation related to surgeries. The role also encompasses assisting with lighting setup and technical production during therapy sessions conducted in a controlled environment.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in operating and maintaining equipment and instruments used in operation theatres
- Proficiency in lighting setup and basic technical production tasks
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to support patients and medical staff effectively
- Familiarity with or interest in performing arts in therapeutic settings is an added advantage
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a sterile and safe working environment
- Prior work experience in a healthcare or therapy-related setting is beneficial
- Relevant certification or diploma in operation theatre technology or a related field
