Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Site Supervisors.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and
professional growth.
Project Management:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior design projects.
Collaborate with the design team, warehouse, sourcing, and production teams to
ensure seamless project flow.
Conduct regular project reviews to identify and address any issues or delays.
Coordination and Communication:
Foster effective communication and collaboration between different teams involved in
the project life cycle.
Act as a liaison between the project team and other departments to streamline
processes and resolve issues promptly
Timely Delivery:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve on-time project handovers.
Proactively identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to maintain
project timelines.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to quality standards in project execution.
Implement quality control measures to deliver impeccable design solutions to our
clients.
Customer Experience:
Prioritize and enhance the overall customer experience throughout the project life
cycle.
Address customer concerns promptly and implement improvements based on
feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the residential interior
design or construction industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of interior design processes and materials is a plus.
