THE OPPORTUNITY

Help build the operational backbone of The Only Fix. Own inventory, fulfilment and supply-chain operations, working across internal teams, manufacturers, warehouses and logistics partners to keep products available and orders moving smoothly.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Inventory Management & Stock Control

Track stock across SKUs, monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams on forecasts and timely replenishment.

• Warehouse, Fulfilment & Logistics

Coordinate with 3PL and logistics partners across inbound, dispatches, delivery SLAs, returns and day-to-day operational issues.

• OMS, WMS & Order Operations

Manage order and inventory flows across OMS/WMS systems and ensure stock, orders and returns remain accurate across platforms.

• Supply, Production & Packaging Coordination

Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors on production timelines, finished-goods availability, secondary and tertiary packaging requirements, quantities and dispatch readiness.

• Reconciliation & Operational Control

Track inventory movement, damages, returns and discrepancies, and resolve gaps across warehouse, logistics and system records.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2-4 years, hands-on

Operations or supply-chain experience within a D2C, e-commerce, beauty, personal-care or fast-moving consumer business.

• Strong operational fundamentals

Comfortable with inventory management, 3PLs, logistics, fulfilment, OMS/WMS systems, vendor coordination and operational reporting.

• Ownership & problem-solving

Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable resolving operational issues, coordinating multiple partners and keeping execution on track.

This role owns day-to-day supply chain and operations across inventory, warehouse, fulfilment, logistics and packaging.

You'll work closely with internal teams, manufacturers, warehouse, logistics and other external partners to keep operations running smoothly.
