Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operation Site Supervisor role based in Noida. The Operation Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with design and project teams, managing contractors and vendors, supervising site staff, and monitoring resource utilization. The role involves tracking progress against schedules, resolving operational issues, and providing regular status reports to management. The Operation Site Supervisor will also support process improvements, uphold company procedures on-site, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory and people management skills to lead on-site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in operations and operations management, preferably in architecture, construction, or interior design environments.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret project data, identify issues, and support practical, timely decisions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prior experience in site supervision, project coordination, or facilities operations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with basic project management tools, site documentation, and safety and compliance standards.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
