Vigours Group is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager – Facility & Security to join our growing team.
Location: Mumbai
Position : Two
Experience: 5+ Years in Facility Management
Salary: 5–6 LPA (CTC)
Key Responsibilities:Manage facility / Security operations across multiple client sites
Lead housekeeping, security, and support teams
Ensure excellent client satisfaction and service delivery
Conduct site audits and maintain quality standards
Handle Recruitment ,manpower planning, deployment, and training
Ensure operational excellence
Coordinate billing, MIS, and operational documentation
We're Looking For:Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in client relationship management
Knowledge of facility management operations and compliance
Ability to manage multiple sites effectively
