Role Description

The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across production, logistics, and customer service. This position coordinates workflows, monitors process performance, and ensures timely delivery of aligners while maintaining quality and regulatory standards. The role includes managing cross-functional teams, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing efficiency improvements in collaboration with orthodontist partners and internal stakeholders. The Operations Manager will track key operational metrics, prepare regular reports for leadership, and support the development of standard operating procedures to sustain scalable, patient-focused operations.

Qualifications

• Operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow coordination, and resource planning.
• Experience with production or manufacturing environments, quality control practices, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using spreadsheets or basic data tools for reporting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clinical partners.
• Leadership capabilities, including team supervision, performance management, and training or mentoring staff.
• Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field; experience in healthcare or dental/orthodontic operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
