Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and SOPs to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Oversee day-to-day operations across centers /outlets, ensuring smooth business functioning.
Track and analyze performance metrics; implement corrective measures to meet operational KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Service, etc.) to streamline workflows.
Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Review operational data and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
Train, mentor, and guide teams to achieve operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with company standards, quality guidelines, and operational best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
10-14 years of proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in project management and process-improvement methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
