Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and SOPs to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across centers /outlets, ensuring smooth business functioning.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics; implement corrective measures to meet operational KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Service, etc.) to streamline workflows.
  • Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Review operational data and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
  • Train, mentor, and guide teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, quality guidelines, and operational best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10-14 years of proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in project management and process-improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
