Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, improve processes, manage teams, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, preferably from the automobile/EV industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
• Lead and coordinate teams across operations, sales, service, logistics, and support functions.
• Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and workflow improvements.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, KPIs, and operational targets.
• Plan manpower, resources, materials, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, service, production, logistics, accounts, and management teams.
• Monitor inventory, dispatch, vehicle movement, and material availability.
• Manage vendors, dealers, service partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and operational reports.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks, customer requirements, and internal processes.
• Control operational costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and SOPs.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Support management in planning and implementing business expansion and operational strategies.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities.
• Knowledge of process improvement and SOP implementation.
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Experience in automobile/EV operations will be preferred.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Operations, Management, or a related field preferred.

Graduation in any relevant discipline is required.

Preferred Experience

• Candidates with experience in Automobile, EV, Manufacturing, Service, Logistics, or Dealership Operations will be preferred.
