Operation manager - Marine claims

Client looking for Ops Manager

Logistics

*Experience in Marine claims management and processing(Demurrage, Cargo Shipping Industry, Import and Export Documentation, Port operations, Shipping/Marine Insurance)

*Handle a team size of 75 to 100 associates

*Should have managed teams in BPM environment managing clients

*Responsible for end-to-end Service delivery and SLAs

*Attend process level meetings i.e client facing.

*Support Management with insights on the process/domain decisions.

*Bachelor's degree

*Business Administration, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field.(Preferred)

*A diploma or certification in Maritime Law or Chartering will be an added advantage

*Experience of 10-12 years including BPM environment

Excellent Communication skills

Strong analytical & interpersonal skills

Strong client/ stakeholder management skills

Transition & Transformation experience preferred

Experience in handling seamless operations
