Operation Manager

Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a skilled and proactive Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations across online platforms for our client. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in overseeing order management, ensuring timely fulfillment, and maintaining the accuracy of product listings and catalogues. You will also play a key role in supervising and supporting the operations team and collaborating cross-functionally to streamline internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Operations: Manage and lead all operations across various online platforms.
• Order Management: Oversee order management processes to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all orders.
• Catalogue & Pricing: Coordinate product listings, pricing, and maintain catalogue accuracy across all platforms.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and support the operations team to consistently meet daily targets and maintain high performance.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to streamline internal processes and enhance operational efficiency.

• Organizational & Leadership Skills: Possess strong organizational and leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a team.
• Marketplace Experience: Experience in marketplace operations is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems.
