About the Role:

Join a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem, including multiple businesses and the social discovery app AskVayo. As an Operations Manager Intern, you'll act as the right-hand person to the founder, helping manage business operations, projects, and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone seeking real-world exposure to entrepreneurship and early-stage business management.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations across multiple ventures, including AskVayo.

• Coordinate, track, and execute projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Assist in internal team management and streamline communication.

• Help improve operational processes for better efficiency and scalability.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates for the founder.

• Take initiative and ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

• Familiarity with business tools (Google Workspace, Excel, project management tools) is a plus.

• Previous experience in business operations or startups is a bonus but not mandatory.
