Role Overview

Seeking a dynamic and analytical Project Management Team (PMT) Manager to support pharmaceutical brand planning, product lifecycle management, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth, execute promotional strategies, analyze market trends, and ensure successful product performance across assigned therapy areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing annual brand plans, positioning strategies, and promotional campaigns for assigned products or therapy areas.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Research, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure effective product management and compliance.
  • Analyze market intelligence, prescription trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support product launches by developing launch plans, promotional materials, visual aids, leave-behind literature, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and gather feedback from healthcare professionals, hospitals, distributors, and patients.
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis to support strategic business decisions.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance product performance.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm/Pharm.D), Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
  • MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or Pharmaceutical Management will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Product Management, Brand Management, PMT, Pharma Marketing, or related functions.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, therapeutic segments, product lifecycle management, and market research.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in preparing promotional materials and supporting product launch activities is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Medical Representative, Product Executive, Marketing Executive, or Brand Executive will be an advantage.
