Role Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end lab operations from booking to report delivery.
- Ensure NABL/NABH compliance for OT, ICU healthcare surveillance sampling.
- Monitor TAT, quality control minimize sample rejection.
- Supervise field teams and manage hospital client relationships.
- Coordinate OT staff training on infection control.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Sc. (Microbiology/Life Sciences preferred).
- 5- 8 years in diagnostic lab or hospital operations.
- Strong knowledge of infection control healthcare protocols.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
