Operations Manager (Food Manufacturing / F&B Factory)
Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a food production facility to ensure efficient production, compliance with food safety standards, and cost control.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet operational targets while managing manpower and inventory levels effectively
- Enforce compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food safety regulations, HACCP standards, hygiene protocols, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements
- Supervise production processes, packaging activities, and quality control checks to maintain product standards
- Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, control costs, and resolve production issues promptly
- Maintain accurate audit records and prepare reports for management review
Required competencies and certifications
- Experience in managing food factory operations
- Knowledge of Singapore food safety regulations
