Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern who has completed their graduation, is passionate about student success, and is eager to learn the ropes of EdTech management.
In this role, you will assist the Operations team in managing active cohorts, supporting the end-to-end student experience from onboarding to placement readiness, and keeping our operational trackers up to date.
Key Responsibilities1. Student Experience & Support- Query Resolution: Act as a reliable point of contact for student queries and direct escalations to the respective Program Managers with urgency.
- Student Engagement: Support onboarding activities for new cohorts, including orientation setup, LMS access verification, and first-week engagement activities.
- Feedback Assistance: Help collect student feedback (NPS/CSAT) and compile data to identify areas for student experience improvement.
- Health Tracking: Assist in tracking weekly cohort health metrics such as attendance percentage and project clearance rates using internal trackers.
- Cross-functional Support: Coordinate schedules and requirements between Academic Leads, Mentors, and Placement teams to ensure smooth milestone handoffs.
- Operations Support: Help execute day-to-day cohort activities, process audits, and special administrative projects under the guidance of the Assistant Manager.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain real-time operational data on Google Sheets/Excel cohort trackers and assist in preparing weekly reports.
- SOP Documentation: Support documentation efforts for standard operating procedures (SOPs), intervention playbooks, and onboarding checklists.
- Education: Graduate in any stream; immediate joiners who have completed their degree are preferred.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with empathy and clarity.
- Tools: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel, including VLOOKUP, basic formulas, sorting, and filtering.
- Ownership: High ownership and eagerness to learn; you notice gaps and proactively ask how you can help.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple daily tasks without compromising attention to detail.
- Prior internship experience in EdTech, Customer Support, or Operations.
- Familiarity with NPS/CSAT or basic automation tools such as Zapier and AI productivity tools.
- Mentorship: Direct mentorship from Assistant Managers and Program Managers.
- Real Ops Exposure: Hands-on experience managing high-velocity tech education programs, beyond routine administrative tasks.
