Key Responsibilities
Operations Team Management
- Oversee and manage the daily work of all office employees, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Set daily reporting routines, review outputs, and drive continuous improvement across all teams.
- Identify gaps in existing workflows and redefine processes for every department with clear SOPs.
Factory Dispatch Coordination
- Manage end-to-end machinery dispatch coordination across all factories, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee daily factory reporting establish a structured process and ensure consistent execution.
- Work closely with factory heads to resolve operational issues proactively.
Client Management
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients during dispatch and delivery processes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensure a premium client experience from office visits to factory inspections through cleanliness, professionalism, and responsiveness.
Finance Payment Recovery
- Design and execute a structured payment recovery process to minimize outstanding dues.
- Track payment milestones, follow up with clients, and report recovery status to management regularly.
Reporting Management Communication
- Prepare and present comprehensive weekly reports to senior management, covering operations, dispatch, client status, and financials.
- Maintain daily reporting dashboards from all units and present data in a clear, actionable format.
Labor Facility Management
- Manage labor deployment, service staff, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional standards across all offices and factory premises.
Required Skills Competencies
- Strong leadership and people management ability to lead diverse teams across offices and factories.
- Process design expertise proven ability to create, document, and implement SOPs across departments.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills confident and professional at all times.
- Financial awareness comfortable managing payment tracking, recovery follow-ups, and cost monitoring.
- Analytical mindset able to interpret data, identify inefficiencies, and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong organizational skills able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and basic reporting tools.
Qualifications Experience
- MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Management (preferred).
- 712 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, industrial services, or infrastructure.
- Prior experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating between factories/plants and clients.
Demonstrated track record of process improvement and driving measurable results
