Key Responsibilities
- Manage pharma import & export operations including customs clearance and
regulatory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Central Drugs Standard Control
Organization (CDSCO), Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), GST, Customs,
and State FDA regulations.
- Oversee domestic B2B & B2C dispatch operations with proper documentation and e-
way bill compliance.
- Lead warehouse operations ensuring GDP compliance, batch traceability, and FEFO
implementation.
- Drive inventory accuracy, expiry management, and stock optimization.
- Monitor temperature-controlled logistics where applicable.
- Control freight, demurrage, and operational costs.
- Handle regulatory audits and ensure complete documentation readiness.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Finance, Regulatory, and Procurement
teams.
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or Commerce.
- 10–15 years of experience in Pharma/Healthcare operations.
- Prior experience handling regulatory audits preferred.

- Experience in temperature-controlled supply chain.

- Understanding of customs, FEMA, and GST provisions.
