About The Role
We are seeking a capable and experienced Senior Operations Executive to oversee and optimize last-mile delivery operations across our e-commerce network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising delivery branches, managing field teams, coordinating with delivery associates, and ensuring smooth and timely delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily last-mile delivery operations.
- Supervise delivery associate and internal team.
- Monitor key parameters for on-time delivery.
- Coordinate and communicate with vehicle vendors.
- Analyze operational data, generate reports, and recommend performance improvements.
- Ensure route planning optimization to reduce cost and improve delivery efficiency.
- Enforce operational SOPs and conduct training for delivery associates and internal teams.
- Efficiently manage workforce scheduling and recruit delivery personnels.
- Resolve delivery-related escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
Candidate Requirements
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Proficient in Advanced Excel.
- Strong skills in managing and leading operational teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
