HIRING: OPERATIONAL EXECUTIVE – FRESHERS

Location: Aminjikarai, Chennai

Job Type: Full-Time

Eligibility: Any Graduate | Freshers

Gender: Male Candidates

Salary: 14,182/- Fixed + 2,000/- Night Shift Allowance

Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (No Cab Facility)

WORKING DAYS & HOLIDAYS

• 6 Days Working

• 1st & 2nd Saturday Off

• All Sundays Off

• All Government Holidays Off

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify original documents of customers

• Check and validate customer documents accurately

• Update and print customer Welcome Kits & Passbooks

• Verify customer insurance documents

• Verify customer details in the system

• Perform accurate data entry and validation

• Maintain and update customer records and documentation

• Identify and correct data-related errors

• Ensure data quality and accuracy

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information

• Handle documentation and system-related operational activities

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

• Support daily operational targets and process requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Any Graduate – Freshers can apply

• Male candidates only

• Basic Computer & System Knowledge

• Good typing speed and accuracy

• Attention to detail

• Ability to handle customer documents and data accurately

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Immediate Joiners only

• Chennai-based candidates preferred

• Willingness to work in Night Shift
