Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate refund processes, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Handle email communication with clients, therapists, and internal teams.
- Support and coordinate therapy operations, including scheduling and follow-ups.
- Oversee client sessions to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
- Act as a liaison between clients, therapists, and internal teams.
- Maintain and update records of sessions, payments, and client interactions.
- Address client concerns and ensure quick resolution or escalation when required.
- Ensure adherence to operational processes and service quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in client handling and operations.
- Proficiency in email management and documentation.
- Prior experience in healthcare/therapy operations is an added advantage.
