Role Description

The Operations Executive Manager will oversee and manage operational processes, ensuring efficiency and productivity across various functions. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing workflows, managing resources, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with policies. The role involves collaborating across departments to achieve organizational goals and drive process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi, India.

Qualifications

  • Strong operational management skills, including process optimization, workflow analysis, and resource allocation
  • Proficiency in team management and leadership abilities to guide and motivate teams effectively
  • Analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills for resolving operational challenges
  • Experience (Fresher):6 month of experience in Customer Service, Front Desk, or Administration (experience in Banking/NBFC is a big plus).
  • Analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills for resolving operational and VKYC-related challenges
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and experience working within regulatory frameworks
  • Strong communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Prior experience in financial services or digital lending is an advantage
