Job Description – Operations Executive

Position: Operations Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Department: Hospital Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operational activities across assigned hospital areas.
• Coordinate with clinical, nursing, front office, billing, diagnostics and support departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure efficient patient flow across OPD, IPD, diagnostics and other hospital services.
• Monitor operational issues and coordinate with respective departments for timely resolution.
• Maintain daily MIS and operational reports and track key performance indicators.
• Monitor patient experience and address operational concerns/escalations.
• Ensure adherence to hospital SOPs, policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams and support functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor manpower deployment, attendance and operational requirements.
• Support audits, inspections and implementation of corrective actions.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for better efficiency and patient experience.
• Prepare regular reports and provide updates to the Operations Manager/HOD.

Desired Profile:

• Graduate/MBA in Hospital Management, Healthcare Management or a relevant discipline.
• Experience in hospital operations preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Telugu Speaking Mandatory
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and operational issues.
• Patient-centric approach with good problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to work in a hospital environment, including rotational shifts when required.
