Role Description The Operation Executive role at Bajaj Life is a full-time, on-site position based in Khunti. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, including policy processing, data management, and coordination with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The Operation Executive will monitor operational workflows, support compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements, and assist in resolving operational issues promptly. Responsibilities include analyzing reports, tracking key performance indicators, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience. The role also requires regular collaboration with branch staff and stakeholders to align operations with business goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills, with the ability to handle end-to-end branch or back-office processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, prepare reports, and identify trends or issues for operational improvement.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and customers.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in insurance, financial services, or related operational roles, with familiarity in regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should have proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools, strong attention to detail, and an organized approach to documentation and process execution.
- Candidates should hold at least a graduate degree in business, commerce, or a related field; additional certifications in operations or insurance will be an advantage.
