Job description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operation Executive to manage daily operational activities, coordinate with different departments, and ensure smooth workflow in the organization. The candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, inventory coordination, dispatch planning, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational activities of the company.
- Coordinate with production, store, and sales teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Prepare dispatch schedules and coordinate with transporters.
- Maintain records of inward & outward materials.
- Handle vendor follow-ups and purchase coordination.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing system.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Should be from Manufacturing industries .
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in operations or similar role preferred.
