Responsibilities

• Monitoring operator, batch, and product movements in a pharma setup
• Conducting detailed data analysis
• Planning and managing key project activities on the critical path to ensure timely completion of pharmaceutical operations or improvement projects
• Identifying key bottlenecks in the process
• Ideating and brainstorming solutions to exploit current and emerging bottlenecks
• Ensuring adherence of critical activities
• Tracking KPIs through dashboards

Required experience and qualification

• UG- Engineering/ B.Pharm preferred
• MBA preferred, but not mandatory.
• Worked on Operational excellence/ process improvement projects for 1-3 years
• Worked in injectables (preferred/optional)
• Should have some understanding of production processes
• Local candidates- based out of Ahmedabad/ Matoda/ Rajoda/ based in Gujarat would be preferred
• Open to hands-on, on-ground work
• Flexible to work during non-standard or odd hours when required
