Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support & assist Operation Manager.
  • Coordination with site team and taking daily updates and recording the same.
  • Preparing DSR, WSR & MSR and submission to operation manager.
  • Track daily progress and share updates through regular reports.
  • Raise concern for any delay or improper working at site.
  • Handle all service-related documents and help with billing.
  • Preparing maintenance schedule & checklist.
  • Manage service contracts and make sure maintenance is going on as per schedule.
  • Coordination with other departments to complete the task on time.
  • Keep track of spare parts and tools, consumables needed for service work on daily basis.
  • Keep track of equipment availability, system availability, upgradation of equipment.
  • Keeping records for due overhauling & all breakdown repairs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Experience: 2 3 years in Service sector
  • Knowledge of Electromechanical equipment ( HVAC, STP, WTP, Lift, Boiler, pumps, AHU and other rotatory equipment).
