Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operation and Sales Manager role based in Jodhpur. The role involves overseeing day-to-day hostel and co-living operations, including occupancy management, facility upkeep, vendor coordination, and adherence to service standards. The Operation and Sales Manager will drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy, manage inquiries and site visits, and convert leads through effective communication and relationship-building. The role includes supervising on-site staff, implementing operational processes, monitoring budgets, and preparing performance reports for management. The manager will also work on enhancing resident experience, resolving issues promptly, and supporting community-building activities aligned with Prustel Living's brand values.

Qualifications

• Strong operations management skills, including facility oversight, process implementation, and vendor coordination.
• Sales and business development abilities, with experience in lead generation, conversion, and relationship management.
• Basic marketing skills, such as local promotion, digital outreach coordination, and collaboration on campaigns.
• Customer service and hospitality skills, with a focus on resident satisfaction, conflict resolution, and community engagement.
• Team leadership and people management capabilities, including staff supervision, training, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and local languages beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working on-site in Jodhpur and available for flexible hours as needed for operations and resident needs.
• Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, co-living, or hostel management is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
