Our consultants enable clients to streamline document governance, automate records management, and unify digital processes across ERP, CRM, and legacy systems—delivering measurable ROI through intelligent content automation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement OpenText xECM solutions tailored to enterprise document management, retention, and compliance needs.
• Integrate xECM with SAP, SharePoint, Salesforce, or other business applications to enable seamless content lifecycle management.
• Customize metadata schemas, workflow rules, and security policies using OpenText APIs and scripting tools.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements, map business processes, and define content governance frameworks.
• Perform system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for xECM environments (on-prem/cloud).
• Deliver training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure client adoption and system sustainability.
