Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using OpenText CMS/WCM
- Configure templates, components, workflows, and content models
- Customize CMS functionality using Java, JSP, JavaScript, REST APIs, and OpenText SDKs
- Integrate OpenText CMS with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, DAM, search, authentication)
- Manage content workflows, permissions, and versioning
- Perform CMS upgrades, patches, and migrations
- Troubleshoot performance, configuration, and production issues
- Support deployment across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environments
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for security and performance
- Collaborate with UX designers, content authors, and business stakeholders
