Responsibilities :

OpenText Exstream Development Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream. Create and enhance templates, business rules, and document workflows for print and digital channels. Develop personalized, high-volume customer communications aligned with business and compliance requirements. Document Composition & Integration Configure document templates, data mapping, conditional logic, and multi-channel output delivery. Integrate Exstream with enterprise applications, databases, and communication platforms. Support document generation, content management, and communication workflows. Testing & Support Perform testing, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance improvements. Support deployments, releases, and production migrations. Conduct root-cause analysis and ensure reliable document generation processes. Collaboration & Quality Participate in technical reviews, Agile ceremonies, and solution design discussions. Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices. Collaborate with business, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality communication solutions.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications: - Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA. - 3â€5 years of experience in software development and cloud delivery with strong hands-on exposure to GCP. - Solid working experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging patterns. - Proven experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment workflows. - Strong troubleshooting skills, understanding of SDLC, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
