• In this role you ll work hands on with OpenText Exstream to design and deliver robust pipelines and services leveraging Kafka for high throughput streaming and Jenkins to automate build test and release workflows
• You ll collaborate closely with engineers platform teams and stakeholders to turn ideas into production ready capabilities improving performance resilience and developer experience along the way

Key Responsibilities:

• OpenText Exstream Development
• Design develop and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream
• Create and enhance templates business rules and document workflows for print and digital channels
• Develop personalized high volume customer communications aligned with business requirements
• Document Composition Integration
• Design document templates forms and correspondence packages using Exstream tools
• Configure data mapping conditional logic and multi channel output delivery
• Integrate Exstream with enterprise applications databases and workflow systems
• Testing Support
• Perform testing troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements
• Support deployments release activities and production migrations
• Conduct root cause analysis and ensure reliable document generation processes
• Collaboration Quality
• Participate in technical reviews Agile ceremonies and solution design discussions
• Maintain technical documentation and adhere to development standards and best practices
• Collaborate with business QA and technical teams to deliver high quality solutions
• AI Enablement as applicable
• Support AI driven document automation communication optimization and platform integrations where relevant

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications
• Education BE ME BTECH MTECH MCA MSC MBA
• 3 5 years of experience in software development and cloud delivery with strong hands on exposure to GCP
• Solid working experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging patterns
• Proven experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI CD pipelines for automated build and deployment workflows
• Strong troubleshooting skills understanding of SDLC and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
