Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Custom Development:
Development of Webreport, Workflows, Live reports, forms and form templates.
Configure, customize, and optimize OpenText Content Server (OTCS).
Support upgrade and migration activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver aligned solutions.
Ensure system performance, security, and governance compliance.
Troubleshoot issues and support deployment and testing activities.
Develop custom applications, integrations, and workflows using Content Server APIs, DQL, and scripting.Integration: Integrate Content Server with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve technical issues.Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and deliver solutions.Testing & Deployment: Test and deploy solutions to production environments.Required Skills:Technical Expertise: Proficiency in OpenText Content Server, DQL, and programming languages like Java or JavaScript.API Experience: Knowledge of Content Server APIs and integration tools.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Communication: Good collaboration and communication skills.
