Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement OpenText solutions using best practices and coding standards.
Workflow & Template Development: Create and maintain OpenText workflows, Smart UI configurations, and PowerDocs templates for document automation.
Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between OpenText (Content Server / Extended ECM) and SAP systems, including SAP SuccessFactors.
Metadata & Records Management: Configure metadata models, document types, and manage records compliance within OpenText.
User & Permission Management: Develop and maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls in OpenText systems.
Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain OpenText Web Reports and dashboards to support business reporting requirements.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct unit testing, resolve defects, and troubleshoot issues related to OpenText solutions.
Documentation: Create technical documentation for solutions, workflows, integrations, and development activities.
