Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced OpenText resource to lead the design and implementation of Content Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OpenText Content Server, strong architectural skills, and proven experience in upgrade of OTCS as well as migrating OpenText from On-Premises to Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize OpenText components for performance and scalability.
- Lead Upgrade and Migration initiatives on OTCS
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution roadmaps.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure smooth deployment.
- Work closely with architects and business teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Perform system testing, validation, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall software development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server.
- Strong knowledge of OpenText Cloud architecture and deployment.
- Experience in migration strategies and execution for OpenText platforms. Experience in large-scale migration projects.
- Strong understanding of OpenText Cloud deployment.
- Experience in Upgrade of OpenText content suite of products
- Familiarity with integration frameworks and APIs.
- Familiarity with third-party migration tools (e.g., Cloudsfer, Winshuttle, etc.) is an advantage.
- Expertise in system integration, performance tuning, and security configurations.
- Experience on Intelligent Viewer and Content Aviator installation and configuration is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Good communication and team leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- OpenText certifications.
- Experience in enterprise-scale implementations.
