JD for Cloud-Openstack :
Location: Guwahati / Delhi
Mandatory Skills/Knowledge :
- Provisioning and configuration of resources, Monitoring and Alerting, Basic Level Trouble Shooting, Reporting on Cloud Metrics including capacity.
- Documentation and knowledge management
- Prior experience in maintaining Infrastructure services in Openstack, NetApp Storage and Software Defined Network
- Should have Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Network
- Work with customers to understand their issues in Infrastructure services
- Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and meet regulatory requirements.
- Create implementation guidelines and reusable design templates wherever possible.
- Provide second-level support and provide solution of issues reported by customer as well as monitoring
- Maintain security standards in cloud per Security guideline and benchmarks
- Guide first-level support team to resolve issues and create SOP's for recurring issues.
Preferred Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of Openstack services and NetApp Storage
- Experience with Linux/Unix and Networking
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance.
Desired Certifications:
Certifications in Openstack, Linux/Unix, Network technologies.
