Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior OpenShift Engineer/Architect to support a complex enterprise project. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, platform architecture, and production troubleshooting. The candidate must be capable of independently handling complex technical challenges and delivering high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and manage enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to cluster operations, networking, storage, security, and application deployments.
• Manage OpenShift cluster upgrades, scaling, high availability, and performance optimization.
• Implement security best practices, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Security Context Constraints (SCCs), monitoring, and automation.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and distributed teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of technical deliverables, ensuring reliability, stability, and performance of the platform.
• Support production environments, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, monitoring, and platform operations.
  
  

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Red Hat OpenShift 4.x
• Kubernetes – Cluster administration and orchestration
• OpenShift cluster architecture, configuration, upgrades, and scaling
• Cluster networking, storage, security, and high availability
• Linux / Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration
• Scripting and automation using Ansible, Bash, or Python
• CI/CD pipelines and GitOps
• Monitoring, logging, and production incident management
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis in enterprise production environments

A technically strong, self-driven Senior OpenShift Engineer/Architect with 10+ years of experience, proven enterprise production expertise, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to independently manage complex OpenShift environments.
