We are looking for an experienced OpenShift & DevOps Platform Manager to lead the design, implementation, and operations of enterprise container platforms based on Red Hat OpenShift.
The role involves end-to-end ownership of OpenShift clusters, driving DevOps transformation, and managing production-grade platform teams supporting mission-critical workloads.
Candidates must have hands-on experience in ALL of the below:
- OpenShift (OCP 4.16+) cluster administration & operations
- Strong Kubernetes architecture knowledge
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitLab / Azure DevOps)
- GitOps (ArgoCD or equivalent)
- Ansible & Terraform (IaC)
- Docker / Podman (containerization)
- Production support experience (incident management, RCA)
- Team handling / leadership experience
