Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and deploy microservices based applications on Kubernetes OpenShift platforms
• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker Podman
• Develop and maintain CI CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
• Automate deployment scaling and management of applications in OpenShift environments
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance cluster health and deployments
• Work with DevOps teams to implement Infrastructure as Code IaC using tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Configure and manage OpenShift features like routes builds services operators and security policies
• Ensure application security compliance and best practices in cloud native deployments
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including developers testers and cloud engineers
• Maintain documentation for systems processes and configurations

Technical Requirements:

• Strong experience in Kubernetes K8s and Red Hat OpenShift
• Proficiency in container technologies Docker Podman
• Experience with CI CD tools Jenkins GitLab CI Azure DevOps etc
• Hands on experience with scripting languages Bash Python or Shell scripting
• Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS Azure or GCP
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Experience with configuration management tools Ansible Helm charts
• Strong understanding of Linux Unix systems
• Experience in monitoring tools Prometheus Grafana ELK stack
