Job Description

• Handle customer queries through voice/non-voice channels and provide accurate resolutions.
• Assist customers with healthcare-related queries, claims, billing, insurance, and policy information.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with customers.
• Verify customer information and update details accurately in the system.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Meet daily KPI, AHT, Quality and CSAT targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of queries.
