Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations into fraud cases reported by customers or identified through internal systems.
- Analyze data and documentation related to fraud cases to identify patterns and trends.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other agencies when necessary to resolve fraud cases.
- Provide recommendations to management based on findings from investigations.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining investigation findings and suggested actions to prevent future fraud.
- Maintain accurate records of all investigations and communications with customers.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience in fraud investigation or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and collaboration.
- Proficiency in using fraud detection software and tools.
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to fraud and financial crimes.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
