Job Description:

We are hiring Non-Voice Customer Support Executives for an Email & Chat Support process. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through written communication while ensuring high customer satisfaction and SLA adherence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via Email & Chat Support
  • Provide prompt and professional responses
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow SOPs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards
