Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA + Performance Incentives (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Lloyds Banking Process. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to banking customers by handling inbound calls, resolving account-related queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with banking-related queries such as account information, card services, online banking, payments, and transactions.
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining high service quality standards.
• Verify customer information in accordance with banking security guidelines.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
• Meet productivity, quality, and compliance KPIs.
• Escalate complex customer concerns when required.
• Deliver excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
• Experienced candidates (6 months – 4 years) in International Voice Process/BPO/Customer Service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in UK rotational shifts.
