Position : TAC Engineer(Network Security Engineer)

Location : Bangalore(Remote)

Shift : Night Shift

Notice Period:Immediate to 30 days notice preferable.

Job Description :

• Provide first-level technical support for network security and SASE-related issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage the TAC case queue and ensure timely case handling.
• Troubleshoot customer-reported issues and perform initial fault isolation.

Mandate Skills : Experience in Firewalls, Ipsec VPN, SSL Handshake, GRE tunnel, Wireshark, TLS & Proxies.
